• Full reservation guarantee:
  If you have booked a room and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will pay for your stay at the nearest hotel and compensate you for the inconvenience. To do this, when booking, indicate your loyalty program member number. The amount of compensation depends on the hotel chain.
• Guaranteed welcome gift for PREMIUM card holders:
  The right to a special gift upon arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, cardholders PREMIUM gets the opportunity to choose a service or points. Otherwise, compensation is offered.
• Guaranteed room type:
  When booking, indicate the program member’s number and room and bed requirements. Preferred rooms and beds are guaranteed only to PREMIUM cardholders. Otherwise, compensation is offered.
• Guaranteed availability within 48 hours:
  An unexpected urgent trip? We guarantee that we will find you a room for any paid stay. You only need to make a reservation 48 hours before arrival.
  Guaranteed availability within 48 hours. Only in relation to rooms in which titanium members and members with the services of a personal manager live. Room guarantee when booking at least 48 hours prior to arrival. A 48-hour warranty may not be valid on certain dates (for example, during special events). This privilege does not apply to tariffs on certificates, at a discount or on a stock.
