Here you can try specialties from northern fish, deer meat with wild berry sauce, tender duck meat pate. Guests will certainly appreciate the original serving of dishes on burnt birch logs and in cedar bowls. The Siberian menu can be ordered for a business lunch or dinner, as well as served as an interesting addition to a gala dinner.
