Rules of accomodation

 RULES OF ACCOMODATION IN LLC “ORBITA”

These rules for the provision of hotel services in ORBITA LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) are developed on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 9, 2015 No. 1085 “On Approving the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation” (hereinafter referred to as the Decree).

1.CONDITIONS OF SETTLEMENT.
Hotel Mode - around the clock.
At check-in, the Guest provides a document certifying his identity and makes 100% payment for the entire period of accommodation in the Hotel.
Identity documents of citizens required for the implementation of registration records (clause 5 of the Rules for registration and removal of citizens from registration records at the place of accommodation and place of residence within the Russian Federation of 17.07.1995 No. 713) are:

  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, before replacing him in the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • a birth certificate - for persons under the age of 14;
  • a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.

Minors shall be accommodated in the Hotel exclusively with their parents or persons replacing them (guardians, etc.).
At the check-in, the Guest as a guarantee of payment of additionally provided services, namely, makes a deposit for using the mini-bar that amounts to 1,500 rubles.

2. CONDITIONS OF BOOKING.
Booking a room at the Hotel is done by submitting an application to the Hotel Reservation Department, via postal, telephone and other communications, allowing you to reliably determine that the application comes from the consumer. With guaranteed booking, a 100% prepayment of the cost per accommodation or 100% prepayment for the first night of accommodation is made with the subsequent payment upon arrival of the unpaid accommodation .

If the Guest did not use the accommodation service on the specified day of arrival and did not cancel booking a day before the expected day of arrival, with guaranteed booking with 100% prepayment 1 day before the accommodation, the prepayment for 1 day of accommodation is not refundable. This reservation becomes unwarranted and it is canceled if the Guest has not received information on the confirmation of this reservation.

If the Guest did not use the accommodation service on the specified day of arrival for a guaranteed reservation with a 100% prepayment for the entire accommodation, and did not cancel the reservation one day before the expected day of arrival, the advance payment for 1 day is not refundable. This reservation is not canceled until the written refusal of the Guest from the reservation. In the absence of a written refusal from the reservation and the Guest accommodation service during the paid period, the payment for each day of the Guest accommodation service is not refundable.

In the case of non-guaranteed (without advance payment) confirmed booking, if the Guest does not indicate the exact time of arrival, the reservation is canceled at 6:00 pm of the arrival date local time. If you specify the time of arrival after 6 pm, the non-guaranteed reservation is canceled on 11:55 am of the date of arrival, local time.

3. ORDER OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL.

Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel is carried out at prices established by the price list approved by the Hotel.

Payment for accommodation is charged in accordance with the established checkout time from 12:00 pm of the current day local time.

With guaranteed and non-guaranteed booking, the check-out time is always 12:00 am and a payment of 100% of the room rate per day is charged, which guarantees the Guest the availability of the room from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm at any time of arrival.

For guaranteed early accommodation in the period 12 - 6 am booking and payment is made from the previous calendar date.

For guaranteed early accommodation from 6:00 am a fixed fee of 50% of the room rate is charged.

Upon arrival without prior booking:

  • upon arrival from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm - departure is carried out at 12:00 am the next day, and payment is charged per day.
  • upon arrival from 12:00 am to 05.59 am - late check-out at 11:00 pm of the current day is provided. When checking into the Hotel at the specified time and departure at 11:00 pm of the current day, the fee is charged per day.
  • upon arrival from 6:00 to 10:59 am, departure is at 12:00 pm the following day, and payment is charged for 1.5 days.
  • upon arrival from 12:00 to 11:59 pm - departure is carried out at 12:00 pm the next day, and payment is charged per day.
  • upon arrival from 12:00 to 05.59 am - late check-out at 11:00 pm of the current day is provided. When checking into the Hotel at the specified time and departure at 11:00 pm of the current day, the fee is charged per day.
  • upon arrival from 6:00 to 10:59 am, departure is at 12:00 the following day, and payment is charged for 1.5 days.

Check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 pm.

Upon arrival of the Guest without prior booking before the specified time, the Hotel provides the Guest with accommodation upon availability.

Extension of the room after the first night of accommodation is possible for at least 0.5 days. If you extend your accommodation from 12:00 to 18:00 pm of the current day - half a day's payment will be charged in accordance with the rate at which the guest lives. If you extend your accommodation from 18:00 pm current day to 24:00 pm, you will be charged 100% of the room rate per day.

If it is necessary to extend the accommodation in the Hotel, the Guest may contact the Reception and Accommodation Service 2 hours before the check-out time. Subject to availability at the Hotel, the accommodation may be extended.

When extending his/her accommodation at the Hotel, the Guest pays 100% of the cost of living for the extended period.

Upon check-in (check-out) of the Guest by booking from an intermediary (agent), who is given a discount (agent's fee) under the contract, the cost of early accommodation (extension) is calculated at 50% of the room rate without discount, if these services have not been booked by an intermediary (agent).

Upon arrival (eviction) of the Guest on the reservation from the company, which, according to the contract, a discount is given, the cost of early accommodation (extension) is calculated at a rate of 50% including the discount.

Additional services are provided to guests for a fee. Information on the list and value of the Additional Services is provided by the Reception and Accommodation Service.

Children under 6 years old enjoy free accommodation at the Hotel. For children from 6 to 12 breakfast is paid in the amount of 700 rubles, accommodation is provided free of charge.
If available, the Hotel may offer additional space for an additional fee in accordance with the current price list.
The hotel provides guests at no extra charge the following services:

  • call an ambulance;
  • use of a first aid kit;
  • delivery to the number of correspondence received in the name of the Guest;
  • wake-up by a certain time;
  • providing boiling water, thread, one set of dishes and cutlery;
  • call a taxi;
  • information about the schedule of trains and aircraft.

For guests living at the hotel for more than 2 days, in all room categories bed linen is changed on the third day, since the time of arrival, towels are changed daily. At the request of the Guest, an early change of bed linen and towels can be carried out at no extra charge.

When leaving the Hotel, the Guest makes the final payment for the services provided, including additional services, and hands in the key to the receptionist. If the Guest did not use the additional services or used them partially, the Guest receives a full or partial refund of the deposit.

    4. CONDITIONS OF THE ACCOMODATION OUTSUE OF THE QUEUE.
In the queue, subject to availability, the Hotel accommodates:

  • Heroes of the Russian Federation and the Soviet Union, full gentlemen of the Order of Glory;
  • participants of the Great Patriotic War;
  • invalids of the first, second and third groups and persons accompanying them.
  • employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of the internal affairs bodies, employees of the judiciary, courier communications, the tax service, employees of the federal government communications and information (in the performance of their official duties).

5. DUTIES OF THE GUEST.
In case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel prescribed by applicable law in order to compensate the damage in the manner. The amount of damage is determined by prices according to the price list approved at the Hotel.

On arrival, take a complete set of rooms in working and intact condition.
For security reasons, the Guest must register their Guests in the Reception and Accommodation Service. If the Guest visitors do not have identification documents, the Guest signs an agreement that relieves the Hotel from responsibility for finding undocumented visitor / visitors in its room.

Time allotted for Visitors to Guests at the Hotel from 07:00 to 23:00. Visitors after 23:00 will be charged a lump sum in the amount of 1500 rubles.

  • Keep clean and tidy.
  • Keep silence.
  • Follow the rules of fire safety.

Leaving the room close the water intake taps, windows, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances. Upon expiration of the paid period of residence, vacate the room, 20 minutes before the end of the period of residence, handing it over to the duty maid, and the electronic key to the reception service. In case of non-fulfillment of this obligation, all risks related to compensation of material damage in connection with the loss or damage of property of the Hotel, unconditionally fall on the account of the Guest.

6. IN THE HOTEL IS PROHIBITED.

  • To leave in the room of unauthorized people in your absence.
  • To give unauthorized people the room key and guest card.
  • To stay in a room with pets and birds without the consent of the Hotel Administration.
  • Store bulky items in the room (boxes, boxes of more than 50x50 sizes should be stored in the hotel’s storage area in order to ensure the convenience of housekeeping, as well as personal safety of the Guests), explosive, toxic materials and weapons. Weapons, like other valuables, should be kept in a safe.
  • Use heating appliances (electric kettles, boilers, curling irons, hair dryers, etc.), with the exception of appliances installed in the room.
  • Rearrange and move furniture without the consent of the hotel.
  • Disturb the rest of the other guests by creating noise.
  • Openly wear any type of civil, service, military weapons available to the guests of the hotel, including in the performance of their duties, as well as special equipment.
  • Drink alcoholic beverages, as well as consume food in the public areas of the hotel (lobby, halls floors).
  • To smoke in the hotel.
  • To wear in the hotel’s restaurant outdoor clothes, work wear, beach outfit, sportswear, bathrobe, slippers and office uniform (except for uniforms of law enforcement officers, military personnel, government civil servants), as well as carry untidy or wear torn, dirty clothes and shoes.

7. DUTIES OF THE HOTEL

  • To ensure the quality of services provided by the Hotel.
  • Provide complete information about the services provided by the Hotel, the form and procedure for their payment; place the information in the room, or in the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Service.
  • To provide, upon the first request of the Guest, a “Book of Feedback and Suggestions” that is located in the Reception and Accommodation Service of the Hotel.
  • Immediately consider the requirements and complaints of Guests.

8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE CONDITIONS OF ACCOMODATION
The hotel has the right to refuse the Guest to continue to accommodation at the Hotel in case of violation of these Rules and late payment for the Hotel services.

In case of Guest’s refusal from accommodation on the day of the settlement, the full amount will be refunded if the Guest approached the reception desk during the first hour after the settlement and did not use the number. If the Guest did not use the number and went to the reception desk to cancel the number from 1 to 2 hours after the settlement, the amount paid for the accommodation will be refunded with 15% of the room rate per day. If the Guest did not use the number and went to the reception desk to cancel the number later than 2 hours after the settlement, the refund for the first night of accommodation is not paid.

In case of expiry of the Guest’s accommodation at the Hotel in the absence of the Guest at the place of residence from 12:00 to 11:00 pm or from 11:00 to 12:00 pm in the day (if the accommodation is not extended and not paid in time), the Hotel administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the absent Guest room, vacate the number. Material administration in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, the administration places for free storage in the safe deposit box located in the Room Maintenance Service, other things are placed in the Storage Chamber of forgotten and found things of the room maintenance service of the rooms.

The hotel, in accordance with Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is responsible for the safety of Guest things with the exception of money, other currency valuables, securities and other precious things.

The Hotel Administration does not responsible for valuables that have not been deposited in the safe deposit box located in the Reception and Accommodation Service.

The guest, who discovered the loss, shortage or damage to their belongings, immediately declares the Hotel Administration to the Reception and Accommodation Service. Otherwise, the Hotel is relieved of responsibility for the non-safety of things.

The guest takes note and does not object to the fact that the Hotel’s premises (except to rooms and toilet cabins) of video surveillance systems are used.

When resolving conflicts, the Guest and the Hotel are guided by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Government Decree of October 9, 2015. № 1085 "On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation."

Smoking (including the electronic cigarettes) in the Hotel premises and in the guest’s, rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of the Guest’s violation of this rule the Hotel has the right to request the Guest to cover the costs of extra cleaning of the room at the amount of 5000 RUB by charging it to the Guest’s bill.
